Independent Contractors

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Not make any false or misleading claims about our products.
• Not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.

Morality and Brand Representation

As an affiliate, you represent NTS Brands Inc. and agree to:

• Uphold and promote the highest standards of morality and ethics.
• Ensure that all promotional content aligns with the values and image of NTS Brands Inc.
• Avoid any activities or statements that could harm the reputation of NTS Brands Inc.
• Immediately cease any promotional activities upon request if deemed inappropriate by NTS Brands Inc.

Commission and Payment

You will earn a commission on sales generated through your affiliate links. There is a 14-day delay between when a customer buys and when you are eligible for a payout, to ensure the return period has passed. Payments will be made via [Payment Method] on a [Payment Schedule] basis. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your commission earnings.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any affiliate at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you will forfeit any future commissions. You may also terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by providing written notice to us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTS Brands Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the affiliate program.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the affiliate program following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
